The php file consosts of valiable name and its value, thus please edit value part of it. Values are surrounded by " or ' .
If you will use these characters, please escape them. It means, please place backslash() just before them: " -> "
Charset must be utf-8. I think I can edit without crusing original text. I am using xyzzy as editor. It is similar to emacs and runs on MS-Windows environment.
