Congratulations on the guide.
I have some questions about Bitcash.
When I register a Bitcash account, it's defaulted at ST. Normally, shops like melonbooks and dlsite require that the Bitcash account be upgraded to Bitcash EX. The only way I know to upgrade it is to purchase a Bitcash EX card from a Japanese convenience store.
I was wondering if the Bitcash ID you can send would be able to upgrade my account to EX. I'm also hoping that I'm correct in understanding that the upgrade to EX is a one-time thing. For example, after my Bitcash account is upgraded to EX, then all of the Bitcash points that I purchase with a credit card through Bitcash will also be EX.
If the answer is yes to both, I would very much like to contact you in the future; there's a lot of campaigns on dlsite, melonbooks, and dmm that require that I make a purchase with Bitcash EX to participate.
Finally, thank you very much for your service in the past. Thanks to you, I was able to receive a couple of HIK's doujins when you offered to mail them to people overseas by sending you payment through Paypal.
Cheers~!

Hi! I think I can do nothing for you to buy BitCashEX directly from bitcash.jp. Since bitcash.jp may require evidence of your age before selling BitCashEX, you must send bitcash.jp picture of your official identification document (driver license, passport and so on).
But instead, you can top-up existing BitCashEX with BitCashST. It means, you can append your amount in BitCashST onto existing BitCashEx like below: BitCashSH (4000JPY) + BitCashEX (1000JPY) -> BitCashEX (5000JPY)
How about this procedure? 1) Please register yourself on bitcash.jp. 2) Please send me 1100 JPY via paypal. 3) I will buy 1000 JPY BitCashEX and tell you ID (16 hiragana characters). 4) Please buy BitCashST from bitcash.jp, and top-up BitCashEX with it. 5) Then you can use it for payment in Melonbooks DL, DLsite or other download markets.
Please note that you MUST NOT exhaust BitCashEX. It means you MUST leave some money in your BitCashEX (I said twice because it is so important!). Otherwise the BitCashEX will be invalid and you can not refill any longer.

Here I describe how to append/top-up.
1) Access http://bitcash.jp/bitcash/merge 2) Enter 16 hiragana characters of your BitCashSH to withdraw and press "次へ". 3) Select "Merge ALL amounts" and press "次へ" 4) Enter 16 hiragana characters of your BitCashEX to refill and press "次へ". 5) Press "次へ" in confirmation screen. 6) Top-up complete.

Hi, RubyGlow-san I am sorry for late response.
The php file consosts of valiable name and its value, thus please edit value part of it. Values are surrounded by " or ' .
If you will use these characters, please escape them. It means, please place backslash() just before them: " -> "
Charset must be utf-8. I think I can edit without crusing original text. I am using xyzzy as editor. It is similar to emacs and runs on MS-Windows environment.
