規制に巻き込まれたユーザが規制解除を申請するためのスレッドです。
規約 にある「アクセス制限」「公開プロキシ制限」「投稿制限」 に遭遇した方は、当スレッドに投稿の上、以下の条件を満たしたeメールを管理人まで送信願います。
　１）プロバイダや携帯会社など、課金しているメールアドレスから送信されていること
　２）本文に「GS-Uploaderからの申請である旨」「スレッド投稿時の記事番号」を入れること
それ以外のエラー（転送量や内部エラー）に関しては、「要望・報告スレ」に投稿願います。

This thread is for users who is denied to post to applicant deregulation.
Please post to this thread if you encounter "Denial of Access", "Open Proxy" or "Denial of post" in RulePage
And then, please send me e-mail which fulfills these conditions:
1) Your e-mail address is given by your payment: internet or cellular service or provider.
2) Your e-mail includes the number of article and you posted in GS-Uploader.
When you meet other errors like download-size or internal error, please use "Requests and Announcement" thread instead of here.
