Here I describe how to append/top-up.

1) Access http://bitcash.jp/bitcash/merge
2) Enter 16 hiragana characters of your BitCashSH to withdraw and press "次へ".
3) Select "Merge ALL amounts" and press "次へ"
4) Enter 16 hiragana characters of your BitCashEX to refill and press "次へ".
5) Press "次へ" in confirmation screen.
6) Top-up complete.

And here is how to confirm balance in BitCash.

1) Access https://bitcash.jp/bitcash/balance
2) Enter 16 hiragana characters of your BitCash
3) You can see balance.
